Common reasons for refusal of returns / exchanges*
- Any items that are returned which are covered in animal or human hair may not be exchanged or refunded.
- Any items found to have a distinct smell (deodorant, aftershave, body odour etc)
- Any items that have stains or have been washed. Returned items must be in the original re-sellable condition. This is the same condition that you received them in, including tags and packaging.
Please note any items purchased from our sale items which are end of line may only be exchanged. Refunds will not be given for any sale / discontinued items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are the incorrect size, defective or damaged. Defects and damages should be reported as soon as possible so we recommend to check our product once it has been delivered.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Plesse also include your name, order number, email address and reason for return on a slip within the product packaging.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We do not currently allow refunds on multiple returns, if an item has already be exchanged once it will not be eligible for return on another exchange.

We will always strive to amend your order before it leaves our warehouse, but we aren't always able to. We will do all we can to help out but cannot be held accountable for your mistake or incorrect orders.
Please note Terrace Cult takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We suggest that you send your returns via a tracked and insured delivery service.
